I'm a few inches taller than you and weigh about 230, I do try and walk 30 mins every dAy, and like you and Ed , I have started to get serious and more health aware of what I eat..its working, I went from a 38 waist to a 36, so I can see and feel results.. my doc wants me to get to 215, I think that's. Doable??, but I'm not going to kill myself trying to get there, rather a long slow journey. Personally, I feel and look better a little over than under weight..when I tried to get "skinny", I always felt sick and weak..maybe my bod was telling me something.. take care out there..ELHnoreply@blogger.com
