Some may consider losing their top at a street festival to be cause for concern; not this partygoer. She just had another one painted right on!I saw her early in the evening and she just looked like a person who would be topless by the end of the night. I guess I was right, although since I took this picture around nine-ish, I'd say the beginning of the night was more her speed. She was moving around quite a bit showing off her....art...which is why the picture isn't too clear, but if you click to enlarge it, you can see a little more detail.
I considered getting one myself, but I don't think a cat looking at the ground all night would be as appealing.
