Bread Is Life

I have been dying to go to Barrio Bread for a while now, but never seem to remember it when I'm out and about.  I need to add it to my To-Do list.

The owner and baker, Don Guerra, currently bakes 900 loaves of bread a week.  Out of his garage!

At the end of this month, he's opening a real brick-and-mortar retail bakery location.  I usually don't leave my 2-5 mile radius for anything or anyone, but I'm confident it'll be worth the trip - 30 minutes away - to that part of town.  I'll go anywhere for good bread.

In the meantime, I'll keep following his Instagram feed.  You should too.

I'll bet you ten bucks you'll be sniffing the pictures.
