4423 Humboldt Street

This is the courtyard where I took the graffiti photo. It's an old warehouse in Detroit that Eddie and I went to look at; it was for sale - 45,000 SF for $150,000.00. They billed it in the ad as a place that would be "perfect" to make into loft apartments. Yeah, if you had thousands of dollars to convert it. It was soooo run down.

Now if only I could read what it said.
