Trucking Across The American West

Today Ed and I started a regular haul, what people in the industry call a "dedicated run".  We'll be running back and forth over four western states, seeing a whole lot of nothing - open spaces, mountains, tumbleweeds, dirt - but we'll only be working three days a week, and be home the other four.  So there's that.

Because I'll have to compensate for the lack of "travel" in the "trucking meets travel" part of the blog, there will be a few changes in the subject matter.  There will still be photos, maybe recipes, favorite links, and some other stuff.  This run is a temporary gig so I'll be doing what I can until we get back to traversing the entire country.

We'll also be doing work on the house and yard and touring Tucson while we're home so maybe I'll write about that, too.  I'll do my best to keep it interesting and daily.

So keep coming back to see what's happening in our neck of the woods.
