The patrons at the Louvre were no different. At every piece of art I stopped at, there was someone there taking a picture of it or selfie in front of it. I'm guilty, too.
We took selfies with Venus de Milo, Mona Lisa, and the 900-year-old man. Proof we were there.
It's the way of the world.
