Bleu Evolution

After our meeting this week, our friends took us to a place in Washington Heights, a restaurant called Bleu Evolution.

The meal was good - I had ricotta gnocchi in a pesto sauce - but not the best they've had, they said. It didn't matter to me though, because the company was SO fantastic, that I didn't even notice much about the food.

I'm amazed we found a parking spot because every street was jam-packed. I wonder why people in the city even own cars. If we didn't stalk a guy in a delivery van, we would have never found a spot on that block.

Ed and I are really digging the fact that we're getting to know more areas of the city. Now we have places that we can try out in the future. We have a parking spot for the truck, we can walk to the bus that takes us to the train to get into New York, and we even have Metro Cards so we don't have to rely on the kindness of strangers to buy our tickets like we did last time.

Talk about evolution!

Sounds fabulous, and like the very opposite of Arizona.

Enjoy!
