They Nestled The Produce On Beds Of Kale

Today was my first trip ever to our local gourmet grocery store - AJ's Purveyors of Fine Foods.

It was a nice store.  A little dark.  Not as nicely organized as I would have expected.  Not as luxe either, considering the plaza it's located in.

They had cheeses, lots of wines, a good selection of meats, a nice bakery, and the produce was displayed beautifully.

But it's no Wegman's.

I wasn't in the market for anything particular and I'll probably have to go back when I have more time, but Ed and I weren't overly impressed.  I bought some 00 Flour for making pizza dough, gnocchi, and bread (my next project), and a few apples.

Next time, I'll go for the fromagerie.
