Unwarranted Annoyance

I'm talking to my mother on the phone and can tell she's annoyed for some reason. I hear a lot of exhaling of breath, shuffling around, irritated silence.

Finally, I said "What are you doing?"

She said, "Well, I am looking ALL over for the phone, getting annoyed that Frank probably forgot to put it back where it belongs, when all of a sudden I realize...."

"What?"

"I'm talking on it."
