Teams Take A Day Off

Today we spent the day in Shipshewana, Indiana at ARI getting our new fridge. They were pretty busy today, which is so great for them, but they were still able to squeeze us in. No matter what you need, these people take care of you as if you're their one and only customer.

We spent some time talking to Kelly and Jen, who are married and expecting their first child in November. Jen looks like a belly on legs (she's seriously not gained an ounce anywhere else) and it seems that Kelly has not only experienced morning sickness, but he's also gained a few pounds during this pregnancy. He's pretty laid back and easy going and the two of them never fail to make me laugh.

While here, we met another couple; a team who drive for FedEx Custom Critical. They were both from Texas and extremely personable. We spent most of the day talking to them and all went to lunch together at the Blue Gate. We parted ways after lunch, they had to go pick up some parts and we had to go.....do nothing.

When they got back, they knocked on our door and we spent a few hours hanging out and talking. They'll be here with us tomorrow too; they're getting more work done on their truck, we're going to pick up new leather for the arms on our seats.

I'm exhausted now and must got to sleep. It's almost two in the morning and I got no sleep last night since we had to be up so early this morning. Maybe tomorrow something interesting will happen so I'll have something to write about.

Fingers crossed.
