This is Cathedral of St. Michael The Archangel in Sitka, Alaska. The Orthodox church sits on a concrete island in the middle of town.
According to Wikipedia, it was the earliest Orthodox cathedral in the New World, built in the nineteenth century when Russia controlled Alaska.
