Where's The Beef?

In Hereford, Texas! There's not much to look at through here and the air smells like cow manure, but you know somewhere down the line, these little buggers are going to make one tasty hamburger or delicious steak!

I read a different truckers blog (yeah, I know I'm two timing you) and he said the cows would go in one end of the building and the refers were lined up at the other end taking the product out.

In real estate when we pass a dairy we often note the 'dairy air'.

I love this. I love the cows that I see everywhere. There is a huge field of them just outside Amarillo that I always want to get a shot of.
