Ed prepared ribs and sausages this week, all using his new smoker.  I didn't get a picture of the ribs, but the photo above contains bratwurst, spicy Italian sausage, and Andouille sausage. 

All were very yum!

You guys should check out The Sausage Shop on Prince in Tucson, around Flowing Wells. Great meats and Deli. They so a lot of different sausages, all I've tried are delicious!
