OMG I am sooooooo jealous. I used to live in Alamogordo and my ex husband and I would go up to Cloudcroft nearly every other weekend. If you ever have a chance to spend some time there, you have to go have dinner at Rebecca's at "The Lodge". OMG fantastic!
Also... if you get to Cloudcroft around the 4th of July... they have a great out door festival in the little kitschy shop area with a full out street dance! It's awesome.
I miss it there... hoping to retire to that area actually.
Best little country shop I've been into in a VERY long time. Cloudcroft, New Mexico.
