Life, Liberty, And Ribs

Today we celebrated Independence Day by preparing enough food to feed the United States Army.

On the menu:

Babyback Ribs done on Ed's famous pellet smoker
Lemon & Rosemary Grilled Chicken
Hamburgers
Boar's Head Natural Casing Pork & Beef Frankfurters
Whole Grain, Ciabatta, and Hawaiian rolls for burgers and dogs
Sauerkraut

Baked Beans
My mother's famous Macaroni Salad
My mother's famous Coleslaw
Sautéed fresh spinach and garlic
Sautéed mushrooms in white wine

We had SO MUCH FOOD.  I got a little carried away.  But we'll have leftovers for days which means I don't have to cook.  Yay, me!

Hope you all had a safe and fun Fourth of July!
