Sausage and Peppers is a staple around my house. Ed loves it, I love it, it's quick and easy and you can make sandwiches, toss it with pasta, put it over rice, etc. I made it this week for my out-of-town guests. It's one of my favorite meals and always seems to be a hit.
About nine years ago I did a post with my sausage and peppers recipe, so if you're interested, click here. The only deviation from my original recipe was, I didn't use green bell peppers, and I included hot sausages also. I cut the sausage so my guests could tell the difference - I sliced the sweet ones, and the hot ones I just cut in half, leaving bigger chunks to choose if they wanted to try them.
