Roasted And Tossed

These veggies are beautiful and vibrant.  Cauliflower, Brussels Sprouts, and Grape Tomatoes, tossed with olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper.

Looks delicious on their own, but I didn't eat them raw.  I roasted them in a 400 degree oven for about 30 minutes and when they were done tossed them with rigatoni and sprinkled the entire bowl with parmesan cheese. 

The photo below isn't as gorgeous as the one above, but the dish was amaaaaazingly delicious!

Easy delicious dinner, done in 45 minutes tops.
