On A Triple D Roll

Another day, another decision on where to have lunch. We decided to try another Diner, Drive-ins and Dives place; Chaps Charcoal Restaurant. The place was packed, with a line out the door. A door which, if you were to walk out of it and go 100 feet across the parking lot, would put you right at the front door of The Gentlemen’s Gold Club, a strip club housed in an extremely large building. Chap's Pit Beef shares the same parking lot. I don't know why I feel that's significant, but I just couldn't go without mentioning it.

Here's the video from the DDD show. Guy Fieri visits the place with Duff, The Ace of Cakes, from Charm City Cakes (which is also in Baltimore).

I don't have any pictures of the food, but we both had the beef sandwiches (their specialty), shared an order of fries and added some coleslaw to the meal. It was all very good. A little expensive, but good.

There is parking on a side street for a truck (with trailer if you must), so check it out if you have a chance. It's right off I-895 and only six miles from the Dundalk Marine Terminal, if you ever happen to go there.

Another Triple D to mark off the list!
