Celebrating At The Creek

Hilton Bonnet Creek Lobby photo courtesy of Hilton.com
Today we arrived at the Hilton Bonnet Creek Resort in Orlando. It's a beautiful resort. The photo of the hotel lobby above is from the hotel's website, and it actually really looks like that.  The hotel was built in 2009, and in resort years that's young!  The place looks great and being connected to the Waldorf Astoria, another Hilton property, doesn't hurt.  The amenities offered between the two properties is fantastic.

We're here for the Landstar 2015 BCO All-Star Celebration.  Ed was honored last year, so this year we just get to kick back and enjoy the food, drinks, entertainment, and socializing.

We checked in - the room is big and beautiful - and has everything you'd expect from a Hilton Resort.  Great bed, sitting area, giant desk, big screen TV, gorgeous bathroom, the works.

After we dropped our stuff in the room, we checked in at the registration desk and picked up our bag of swag before hitting the lunch spread.  The food was great.  Just sandwiches, but really delicious.  They also had hot pretzels (love!), a fruit and cheese service area,
a nice selection at the beverage service area, and Hรคagen-Dazs ice cream bars for dessert. Wowza.
After lunch we spent some time exploring the resort before heading back to the room to unwind before the big Hawaiian themed Luau dinner.

We were originally planning to stay six days but at the last minute, cancelled our extra nights.  I'm so regretting that move right about now.

Can you get the nights back? Hope, if they're not full, they'd accommodate you.

Enjoy! Looks wonderful. Beautiful setting, and air conditioned too.
