We had class again today, cramming in all sorts of information and then taking a test to see which parts stuck. We both did well on the test but still have tons of material to go over. Lunch was the best part of the day - a good 'ol Southern barbeque - BBQ Pork, BBQ Turkey, macaroni & cheese, sweet potato casserole, green beans, baked beans, rolls, salad, and banana cream pudding!
After class, we headed back to the truck (we rented a car this week, so we'd have lots more mobility), packed up the clothing we wore over the past week, and headed out to the laundromat. Again. It's amazing how many clothes we go through when we know we have a place nearby to wash them. It was only one load, so it didn't take long, but I did want to get it out of the way since we have other plans for the weekend and Monday. After we finished the laundry, we stopped at a store for a few last minute Christmas decorations for the truck, and then headed back to settle in and watch a few episodes of An Idiot Abroad before we went to bed.
Tomorrow we hit the Apple store to have them figure out the problem with the SLOWER-THAN-A-TURTLE-OH-MY-GOD-I'M-GOING-TO-THROW-THIS-OUT-THE-FUCKING-WINDOW wifi and Internet on my iPad. It's driving me crazy and I can't take another minute. I read online that it's been an issue for a lot of people who have the new iPad, and that in some instances because they can't fix the issue, they've been giving people brand new iPads. That's fine with me - IF it works. I don't want a newer version of this headache.
Well, that's about it. Bed is calling. Talk soon, y'all! (I've been hanging out with a lot of Southerners in this class. Sometimes you just pick up the twang.)
