Quonset Quartet

Known as the West Coast's premier expeditionary training base, Camp Pendleton is the Corps' largest West Coast expeditionary training facility, encompassing more than 125,000 acres of terrain, with more than 2,600 buildings, 500 miles of roads, and more than 38,000 military family members in base housing. 

The daytime population of 70,000 includes both military and civilian personnel and has been the largest employer in North San Diego County for more than 60 years.
