Future Steak

I cook a lot of things in the truck, but steak isn't one of them, so today when Ed had a hankering for a porterhouse we went out to indulge him.

He's very happy that he had steak for dinner, and I'm very happy that I didn't have to cook.  Win-win.

An hour at the beach, a few hours at Barnes & Noble, and steak for dinner.  That's as exciting as it got for our Lazy Sunday.

Tomorrow, back to work.

Glad to hear that you both had an enjoyable day off. Anne made a delicious pork tenderloin with Asian flavorings. Also, pumpkin and rice.

I love pork loin! I've never made it with Asian spices. And I've never made pumpkin as a side. Interesting!
