View From A Kansas Rest Area

Somewhere in Kansas.  Me sitting in the truck watching cars pass on the highway.

Thrilling.

That is one of the best parts of this lifestyle/job. I love watching the world go by. Best kind of traveling sitting in the truck, bus, train and seeing everything out there. Sometimes ordinary, sometimes comical, sometimes crazy, but always something.

I actually love this part too. I guess it wouldn't sound so exciting to someone else, but you really do see a lot of stuff. It is always something. :)

Marlaina and Salena: I feel that way too, and am not even a big rig driver yet. But it's a big incentive to putting up with the rest of the stuff that comes one's way.

And we are talking about Kansas here (tee hee).

So many of Salena's pictures make me want to hit the road.

But in a good way.

Good catch! If I was younger, I think a cross country trip would be in the works. Although, we do have dump trucks pulling trailers with tractors on them right where I live.

GIL: I know, lots of dump trucks and tractors in lots of the country, but this guy got in my frame, so I "shot" him. LOL
